Advanced Safety provides seamless onsite fittings for your team uniforms and workwear. ONSITE ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
When you have over 250 employees working on a project, it’s easy for PPE wearables to be in high demand. Whether it’s a lost glove or safety glasses that have expired their recommended usage date, having a large amount of stock on hand is helpful. However, space and dedicating a room or a staff member to monitor the room isn’t always practical. In this case, we provide onsite PPE vending machines for easy on-demand consumption. We can also set up uniform rooms and supply you with sizing kits onsite. Both options come with instant stock control, and a notification is sent to us when the stock falls to a specific limit. We know that interruptions to your day can cause a loss of productivity, so ensuring you have ample inventory on hand is vital to your success.

Two different fits for women
Mascot has trousers, shorts, and skirts for women in two different fits: Diamond and Pearl. The precise fit you choose depends on your shape and the difference between your hip and waist measurements. A general rule of thumb is that the Pearl fit is for those with very little difference between their waist and hip measurements. By contrast, the Diamond fit is for those with more than a 20 cm difference between their waist and hip measurements.

Footwear with an ESD label avoid electrostatic charging and are able to conduct away controlled static electricity from the body. This will avoid damages to, for example, sensitive electronic components.

Using an appropriate insole with arch support can minimise the risks of sickness absence. The MYSOLE WORK program offers a great new solution for both the employees and their staff. They provide support and comfort to the foot, positively impact users’ performance and help prevent many foot and body-related COMPLAINTS.
If your footprint looks like a wide foot, you have a flat arch. Your foot probably rolls in (pronates) when you walk or run. Your low arches may contribute to muscle stress and joint problems. You could benefit from a walking shoe with a straight last and motion control to help stabilize your feet.
Your arch naturally supports your body weight and pronates (rolls in) under an average load. If the middle part of your arch is half-filled, you have a normal arch. Look for shoes with firm midsoles and straight to semi-curved lasts.
If you see little of your footprint, you likely have high arches. High arches may contribute to excessive strain on joints and muscles. Your feet may not absorb shock well, mainly if you perform a lot of impact or jumping activities. When looking for a shoe, look for cushioning to compensate for your lack of natural shock absorption. A curved last also may help in some cases.

LOCATION AND SIZE
Mascot products have ideal locations for a logo or a name. The location is defined according to the ability of the logo to last the longest and to ensure that the logo’s application does not destroy the product. The picture shows some typical logo locations on Mascot Dresden and Mascot Mannheim. Please note that these locations do not apply to all products. Each location (on each product) sets out a maximum size for the logo, which guarantees your logo’s quality and the product’s durability.

When choosing workwear, the clothes must fit properly, so comfort, features, and safety remain optimum. Find the right size by measuring as close to your body as possible. Several trousers come with a choice of three leg lengths.
LAYER 1
A MOISTURE-WICKING LAYER
Your inner layer should first and foremost be moisture-wicking so you avoid getting cold. You will best achieve this with a polyester material combined with an elastic fibre to ensure total freedom of movement. MASCOT’s assortment includes products that have a close-fit and are stretchy, offering excellent freedom of movement. These products are moisture-wicking, fast-drying, and have an anti-bacterial finish to prevent odours from developing. The result is comfortable and effective regulation of your body temperature - even in warm working conditions and when you are physically active.
LAYER 2
A warm and insulating layer
You can often get away with just two layers in the milder seasons – a moisture-wicking layer and an insulating layer. The purpose of the insulating layer is to keep you warm while also leading any moisture away. Your second layer should keep you warm in cold conditions without inhibiting your freedom of movement. Your insulating layer can even be a combination of several different products. Products with CLIMASCOT® lining make for the perfect middle layer. CLIMASCOT® Lightweight Insulation is a breathable lining with excellent insulation properties. The lining also has a low weight and density, which means it doesn’t restrict your movements during the working day.
LAYER 3
A layer to protect you from the elements
Your outer layer must be wind and waterproof to protect you from the elements. But that’s not all – breathability is also essential. A high level of breathability is necessary to stay warm. If you can’t get rid of moisture, you will get wet and cold. MASCOT’s assortment of workwear includes a wide selection of breathable, wind, and waterproof jackets or water-repellents. Whether your outer layer needs to be waterproof or water-repellent will depend on your exact surroundings. If your jacket is water-repellent, there is a risk that water may seep in through the seams. The difference lies in whether the seams are taped or not.
